We shape these wooden salad servers by hand from reclaimed white oak, then finish each one with a food-safe white wash that lets the wood’s texture and tone come through. You’ll still see the texture of the oak — the grain runs through, soft and visible, even with the light whitewash.
White oak has a dense, tight grain that holds up well to frequent use — one of the reasons it’s been trusted for kitchen tools for generations. Each server is shaped to glide through greens without bruising, with three sizes to suit different bowls and ways of serving.
