Our white pearl bowls are made by using a natural white paint wash that is 100% food safe. All of our hand finished bowls have some variations in color as wood tone can vary from tree to tree. Our white pearl bowls are most frequently made using oak which is a sought after hardwood known for being strong, heavy and straight-grained.
Our bowls are sustainably sourced, upcycled, and handcrafted in New England. Our white pearl nesting bowls range in size from 10” to 21”, and are an oval shape with a natural live edge.
Size guide (above) and sizing blog available for reference.
This finish is similar to the driftwood bowls that starred on Oprah’s list, though much lighter. The pearl finish is matt white with a very subtle sheen. Our white pearl bowls mold seamlessly into any home, with their neutral color and clean cut edge. These bowls are a delight in light and airy spaces.

These bowls are made with an acrylic food safe finish and are already sealed.
Our mineral oil has a beeswax base that adds beauty and protection from everyday wear and tear. Beeswax conditioners help prevent wood from drying out as well as from absorbing too much moisture.
Prolonged exposure to water can cause damage; please do not submerge in water or place in the dishwasher.
Common mistakes include letting old fruit and vegetables rot at the bottom of a bowl (this may stain) and putting a bowl/board in the oven.
