Our 15-inch large wooden bowls are sized for regular use and generous servings. Each one is hand-turned from storm-fallen New England hardwood and shaped to follow the natural movement of the grain.
This collection includes classic round bowls, live edge bowls that retain the original contour of the tree, and our Harvest bowls with integrated side handles. The round forms are smooth and balanced. The live edge pieces keep the outer line of the log, where the rim rises and dips naturally. The Harvest bowls are designed for passing, easy to lift and steady in the hands.
At 15 inches, these large wooden salad bowls hold a full family portion without overwhelming the table. They work well for greens, roasted vegetables, fresh bread, or fruit set out on the counter.
Each bowl is turned from a single solid piece of hardwood and finished with our food-safe blend of beeswax and mineral oil. Maple may show subtle figuring. Cherry deepens in tone over time. Walnut carries darker contrast and weight.
Made to be used often. Washed by hand. Set back out again.
