Shipping and Returns
We ship all in-stock merchandise as soon as possible. Orders placed during the weekend are processed on Monday, except during some holidays. For standard delivery please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery. Shipping is through FedEx in the US (unless other arrangements have been made) and, depending on the global reagion, we ship through FedEx, the US Postal Service and/or UPS. At Peterman Baskets & Bowls, we firmly stand behind the products that we sell. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days for a prompt exchange or refund! All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and any merchandise tags must be attached. Refunds will be given in the same tender as original purchase.
