This 10-inch black ebonized wooden bowl may be small, but it makes an impact. Dark and quietly stunning, it’s hand-turned from oak and ebonized using a natural tannin-reactive process that deepens the grain to shades of rich brown and black. No dyes—just chemistry and craftsmanship.
Sized at 10 inches across, this bowl fits just right on a countertop or table. Use it to hold seasonal fruit, a handful of lemons, or a side dish for two. Some folks leave it by the door for their keys. Others just like the way it looks when it catches the light.
Each one is made by hand in our Massachusetts workshop, where we shape, sand, and finish every bowl with food-safe oil. It’s practical. It’s elegant. And it’s one of a kind.
