Description
Fifteen inches across and built from solid oak, this square bowl blends contrast with character. The outside wears a deep black ebonized finish — done by hand with a food-safe process that darkens the grain without hiding it. Inside, the wood stays in its natural tone, showing off pale golds and subtle figuring.
The rim has an easy curve, enough to make it comfortable to lift and carry. With its squared shape, it stands out from a round bowl without feeling fussy. Inside, the oak’s been worked just enough so it’s pleasant to touch, then given a quick coat of food-safe oil. It keeps the wood ready for serving but doesn’t hide its natural grain.
