Each piece is hand‑turned in New England from locally salvaged, upcycled hardwood. We select storm‑fallen and responsibly sourced logs, mill and kiln‑dry them in house, then finish with a food‑safe oil. Using what would otherwise be discarded keeps character in the wood—and waste out of the pile.
