Our Petite Wooden Boards are made from spalted maple and sized with intention. This category includes the petite spalted maple rectangular board and the petite live edge oval spalted maple board, each cut to highlight the natural patterning in the wood.
Spalting runs through every piece in dark, organic lines that shift from board to board. The rectangular form offers clean edges for everyday prep. The live edge oval version retains the natural contour of the tree, bringing a softer outline to the surface.
Compact by design, these boards are well suited for slicing fruit, mincing herbs, setting out cheese, or serving for one or two people. They store easily and feel light in the hand, making them a practical choice for smaller kitchens or quick meals.
Each board is hand-finished and sealed with our food-safe blend of beeswax and mineral oil.
